All discrepencies and claims must be reported to St. Edward Floral within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please, contact store to let us know the product was damaged by calling 402-678-3334 or e-mailing us, email@example.com.
Returns are not accepted without prior approval.
Claims on item(s) will require photos supporting the claim to receive full credit. Any visible freight damage to box(es) must be noted upon delivery with photographic evidence. RETURN FORM and photo(s) must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Failure to comply with Return Policy procedures could result in denied claim.
Because a lot of our products are hand crafted there will be some variations in color, texture and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.

Fresh Flower Policy
Our fresh flower inventory changes daily. Orders will be filled as seen on our website or as close as possible.
If you are dissatisfied with your flowers please call 402-678-3334 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org so we can replace or discount your order. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON FRESH FLOWERS.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
